Bola Kalejaiye is the founder of Mindscapes. She is a second career educator whose initial career was in Information Technology. She is a certified Montessori teacher, and the founder and principal of Discovery House Montessori School Lekki. She is the Executive Director of Disch Montessori Center, an institution for training Montessori teachers. She is a consultant to Montessori schools on authentic Montessori practice, educational environment design and teacher capacity development.

Femi Lawal is the CEO at Synergon Infrastructures Limited. He has approximately 20 years experience in the financial consulting and Investment banking industries including being a Senior Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Regional Advisory Services Coordinator at International Finance Corporation (IFC). His experience in the finance industry is diverse with key emphasis on statutory reporting and business advisory services, business process/strategy diagnostic reviews, strategy formulation and implementation; preparation of budgets and budgetary estimate; financial statements analysis and systems mapping

Abolaji Osime is the CEO & Founder of Global International College (GIC), a secondary and sixth form college, and one of the leading providers of university prep and foundation degrees for international universities in Nigeria. GIC has branches in Lagos & Abuja, and offices in Ibadan and Port Harcourt. She is also a consultant to the Federal Ministry of Education, several State governments, and DFID, developing strategies for a holistic reform of public and private education delivery including technical and vocational education. She is a recipient of the Fate Foundation Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year award

Dr. Orode Doherty is a Board Certified Paediatrician and Public Health Physician whose work focuses on healthy communities supportive of the development of children, youth and women, establishing livelihoods opportunities and reducing morbidity and mortality from disease. As Country Director of an International Non Profit, she manages a diverse portfolio pioneering integrated life skills, leadership and sports programming for in-school youth partnering with the private sector. She is a member of the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa and the Aspen Global Leadership Network

Lara Cookey is the CEO/Lead Designer of CONTEXTPLAY, a design-led company providing toys and educational materials. She is driven to educate and empower children to learn through play within a cultural context. Her design expertise has been used to develop a range of award-winning products in learning and teaching materials, playground equipment and furniture. She is the recipient of the Pan African Women Invent Innovate Top Ten Special Recognition Award in 2005, and The UNCTAD/Empretec Women In Business Award in 2014.
