She is a consultant to Montessori schools on authentic Montessori practice, educational environment design and teacher capacity development.

Abolaji Osime is the CEO & Founder of Global International College (GIC), a secondary and sixth form college, and one of the leading providers of university prep and foundation degrees for international universities in Nigeria. GIC has branches in Lagos & Abuja, and offices in Ibadan and Port Harcourt. She is also a consultant to the Federal Ministry of Education, several State governments, and DFID, developing strategies for a holistic reform of public and private education delivery including technical and vocational education. Dr. Orode Doherty is a Board Certified Paediatrician and Public Health Physician whose work focuses on healthy communities supportive of the development of children, youth and women, establishing livelihoods opportunities and reducing morbidity and mortality from disease. As Country Director of an International Non Profit, she manages a diverse portfolio pioneering integrated life skills, leadership and sports programming for in-school youth partnering with the private sector. She is a member of the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
